Experience is always great here, prices are fair it’s seafood expect to spend some money. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We have sat down and ordered take out, usually get the seafood platters and then add extras on to it, but honest the small platter is big enough for two of us. Their hush puppies are great as well. Seasoning is mild , but they have spicy ones available as well.

Really bad. I ordered online through Uber eats 1 lb crawfish, 1 lb Dungeness crab, and 1 lb king crab. The food was mediocre at best - my husband said he would rather have crawfish from the frozen section at Publix. My biggest complaint is that the king crab I received was only 1 leg. I have a kitchen scale, and when I weighed it, it was around a half pound. My husband noted there were a couple pieces of dark knuckle meat in the bowl, so I pulled those out and the full amount weighed in at around 0.7 lbs. I was charged $70 for 0.7 lb of king crab, 0.2 lbs of which was the dried out pieces of meat that the restaurant threw in to make the total amount more than a half pound. I hate to leave a bad review, so I called the restaurant first, and the manager (who was very polite) stated this is their standard practice and that is why their crab is $54 per lb and cheaper than their competitors. I, however, was charged $70 per lb. The manager blamed this difference in price on Uber eats surcharge. I requested a partial refund - 30% of the cost of the king crab legs given that I received 70% of the amount specified. The manager stated again this is their standard practice and refused. I will not be returning. Buyer beware.

Very professional and clean place !! Food is great ! They play great music. Genesis was our server and she was AMAZING ! She constantly checked on us and made sure we were ok and if we needed anything . Super sweet . I would totally recommend this location !

Food was well seasoned and arrived hot and quick. HOWEVER, we DID NOT receive a 1/2 lb of shrimp and snow crab clusters. When it was brought to the managers attention he advised they do not weigh the crabs they go by “visual weight.” I have ordered the same exact thing at other Crafty Crab locations and definitely received more than just one cluster in the 1/2 lb order. If you’re going to sell something by weight or charge a customer by weight they should receive what they pay for.
