Literally have been trying to schedule an appointment online and it's booked not allowing me to select a date or time for this option... It sucked because I'm sure there are others like myself needing justice for their reasons and they make it so hard to even contact them. Not even the phone number is useful (it either doesn't work or there's just no response overall)

Conflict of interest: They are in the advisory board of Keiser University and are "bribed" to support Arthur Keiser's lies, discrimination and abuse. Keiser's HR company recently lost 6 million in a class action lawsuit for mismanaging retirement money. They should be in jail already!

Walked in with someone else who also had a case. She was never seen because “They (Ladies behind glass desk) Thought” she was “giving me company” although we both gave separate case numbers, hers given first... - I was called in first (which i found odd) and immediately I am told that their System is off. The woman named ‘Latoya’ took my info with pen and paper - and after some time some other woman walked into the office and Told Me that I was Taking “TOO LONG” and I should Just tell the main points... very rude and lack of professionalism. Then after all details, proof and everything (which they didn’t even want to see and they Didn’t see!) they told me I had NO CASE! and that the EEOC would NOT be investigating my case... - I looked at her in confusion because of the way the info was being delivered and Then she said; “Unless you have thousands of dollars and want to proceed by your own means by hiring attorney then I will submit the complaint so thata “RIGHT TO SUE Letter” can be sent” to me. Can you all believe it? - I looked at her and with a serious face and tone said: “Make it happen. Because is people like you that let bullies like them get away with discrimination.” - Her smirk faded and then because she was “over her hours” that I could either WAIT for the next several minutes for her to type the information I had given her in a computer that actually worked or that she could send it to me via email. I opted for the later only because I had already wasted time with a very uncaring employee. I am Sure whatever she wrote is 100% Wrong because she couldn’t even figure out the right address where i had worked even though it was written in the complaint filed online. - Very unprofessional personal. Very incompetent front desk. The only reason you should come to this $13 per hour parking building is to go in with the idea that this people are inept and all you need for them is to submit your complaint so that your former employer is aware that you aren’t scared and that you are simply seeking that “Right to Sue” letter to take action by your own hands because The EEOC is just there as a SCAM.

Still struggling in civil court, because EEOC couldn't help. They never find nothing. The former employer swap the floor with me, and I was accused of something I did not do. There was an abuse towards me and malicious statements written behind me in my day off and yet without results. The defendant is playing really dirty and making fun of all the lawyers I hired. The defendant does not want to open the doors. The word Transparency is Nula. No punishment by the EEOC. Three years already fighting in court relentless and paying from my pocket. The EEOC think that all you want is money and not justice. Eventually we will have to ask the Government to put policemen in the workplaces. In vane......Even FOIA! In Florida we don't have employments laws. The State of nobody

Coming from an Attorney of my mother's (because she had the same issue with her check), an employer cannot refuse to give you your paycheck because it violates federal law. He suggested to my mother to call the cops on them.

It almost seems like it if it is not...they rarely answer or follow up.

Why can't I contact my charge officer?
