If I could give this organization & HOA NO stars, I would do it everyday so that people could know what a horrible community this place is. I saw a comment about the security guards and HOA probably trying to float the local tow company business and I’m convinced the same. They will tow your car from in front of your house without warning after charging you an arm and a leg for HOA fees. They’re always rude and hard to reach. The line at the gate is ALWAYS miles long no matter what time of the day it is. I have lived here for 17 years.. take it from me, don’t do it!!

Security at guard gate moves slowly and doesn't car. Around 20 cars in the line at the guard gate tonight 7:30 pm 10/31. Line not moving. Terrible security that is unreasonably slow. I have to go somewhere and will now be late because of Vizcayas security

Was visiting a family member in his home at 12430 SW 50 St , will not provide the unit but advice to get legal cancel for all of the units are in the same condition very sad to see how people are taken advantage, these folks pay almost 300.00 a month fees and the place is a disaster. lack of pressure cleaning is the worst . among other it looks like dump, a shame what that does to the value of property and the image of the HOA i guess they don't care.hope attorneys get involve and this abuse stops for all these poor owners as my relative. won't even give these abusers a star but had to to be able to acces the posting

I have to tell you I absolutely HATE this asaociation!!! I'm convinced they and security together are trying to float the local tow company business. The parking situation is bullshit!! You can't park here after certain hours, can't look over there this time of the day it's just ridiculous. Now you have your rules whatever that's fine but if you inform residence of a 3 strike policy how is it that with one strike my car is towed????? I've had a long day spending time with my family due to the recent loss of our family member and came home before my sister did and parked on the side of the street so as not to block her out. Home by 10:30. I ended up falling asleep before she got here and by 1am my car is gone?????? And you have the nerve to say the date of my last notice was on March 5th???? Almost 6 months ago????? When I had the last incident so I could prevent it from happening again, the association along with security advised that there is a 3 notice warning in a months' time frame before a car would be towed. Why then was my car towed???? I reached out to security and spoke with a Broomfield or Broomfield who refused his first name who was inconsiderate telling me I had to prove that someone had told me this. Why do i have to prove this? At my job someone tells you something its representative of the entire company so if you told me something that means the next person did as well. Telling me he didnt personally tow my car. Well who else did? The tow company didnt let themeselves in. I take it at the word of management that you are being honest. I have on NUMEROUS occasions come home and seen many cars parked on the street much later than me. I work overnight and much like many families in this neighborhood our family is extended which means there are many cars here. I'm the last to come home and everyone is already parked and at 4 in the morning what else am I supposed to do? I never seen any stickers on any other cars that are on the street when I arrive home at 4 in the morning which according to them is overnight. So why am I constantly harassed?? I haven't even been home in months, these people haven't seen my car to tell me it's been a pattern because I've been practically living at my girlfriend's for months now. 2 days that I have returned home in MONTHS and my car is towed. I plan to write the BBB as well and call help me Howard because I convinced that either security or the association have friends within the tow company and are just messing with me so they can give them money!
