Waste of time and Money. This was not at all an experience I would have ever imagined. The facility was dirty, No lobby, No direction, just a dirty hallway with doors. There were 3 teenagers sitting behind a folding table, none of them said a word, they were too busy on their phones, the directions were awful, zero business ethic at all. This isn't even a professional business, this was just a hole in the wall just taking money from people for no reason. My family wanted to do a rage room, they put 8 jars on a table and that was what we were able to smash. There was zero fun in it at all. It took 2 minutes to break what was in the room. We had to pay extra if we wanted anything larger to break in the room but they did not have any items available. I paid $160 for 4 people or for 80 minutes (I'm not sure since the website does not specify what you need to buy) and we were there for 30 minutes. 15 minutes to change into safety gear that was broken, we could not see out of, and smelled awful. Another 15 minutes trying to convince my kids to break stuff, 2 out of 3 said it wasn't worth their time. The staff was kind enough to offer us 4 plates to break. Extremely disappointing trying to spend time together as a family to have it ruined by something that was supposed to be fun. The only thing keeping this place open is the fact that the website gives false hopes and zero explanation on how you buy time or if you pay per person. I Would never recommend Brainy Actz Mesa to anyone.

We did a couple of escape rooms, the first of which was ok, and the second being a complete disaster. Clues that didn’t even make sense, pieces being put in the wrong place making puzzles impossible without being told part of the solution, and overall sub-par design. The staff were clearly not paying attention to what was going on in the rooms, from forgetting to start the stopwatch (yes, a stopwatch at their desk, not even any timer that could also be seen in the room) to giving hints for things we had already solved, even after explaining what we were actually stuck on. I’m sorry I gave them any money to support them stealing from others for such a sad experience. By far the worst escape room experience I have had after doing 50+ rooms elsewhere. No wonder they make all sales final, as now I’m stuck with another room I paid for when planning a trip in advance that we’re seriously debating just not going to.

Went with my kids for something different to do. Had a great time but I feel we were pretty close to setting a record time but the host gave us a clue when we hadn't asked for one and counted it against us. My boys were pretty disappointed but what can you do.
