I bought a Mini Split A/C unit from them. I had an issue with the compressor and they exchanged it without question. They even offered technical advise. I will be buying more from them this week. Great company, employees and Owner !!!!!

I recently purchased a new outdoor fireplace system from weather shack. The showroom was full of inventory and It had many great units to choose from. Ken ( in showroom) was very knowledgeable and helpful in my decision to purchase the perfect one for my backyard. Pricing Is by far the best and installation went perfect as well from the field tech. I would highly recommend Weather Shack and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Questions & Answers

Do you service natural gas fireplace inserts or can you recommend someone who does? We have three fireplaces that we are having trouble keeping the pilot light on or turning it on. One of them goes on but shuts down after the fireplace is lit.

Wanting to remodel or replace our gas burning fireplace. Does WeatherShack only sell fireplaces and equipment or do you do the entire project? Fireplace and remodel?? Or, recommend individuals to help with install and remodel?
