I haven't had much interaction with the staff I mainly use the ATMs. Of what little interactions I've had, I have no complaints. The ATMs however I give a 2 star review for because any time I need to make a cash deposit, the machines return my money or are full so cannot accept any money. The drive through ATM got jammed while returning my deposite of cash. Would be nice to get updated machines that actually work because I prefer Branch locations and the next closest one is Red Bluff.

I almost didn't go here after reading the reviews, but I'm glad I went. It was great customer service..I was able to open a new bank account. They were very friendly, very helpful. I would recommend to anyone. Ignore the negative reviews, because this place is great!

They were my bank for multiple years. After a while I started seeing charges on my account that weren't consistent with my spending habits and had little or no information in my online banking account. They were charging me service charges for accounts that I did not have or authorize to open. I only found that out after waiting about an hour and it took me about 20 minutes of asking questions that were answered vaguely when finally the manager had explained that to me straight forward and that it was an error on their part. I told them I wanted the money back. She fought with me on it and even was almost not about to give me the money back that got taken out of my account for a fee when it got overdrawn because of 2 of their "service charges". I still don't know what the accounts that were opened had in them or honestly if they even existed but it honestly just seemed extremely shady. Overall they gave me back the last months worth of charges that weren't supposed to be there even though they had been taking money out for at least 2 months to my knowledge. I immediately told them I wanted my account closed with they weren't about to do because I didn't have my social security card with me even though I had my number memorized, my drivers license in had along with my debit card and the one I had from them that I had replaced about a year ago. They only did it when I brought up a lawsuit with an attorney. After an almost 3 hour hassle they finally got everything done so I was free to go and the clerk handed me a business card in case I "Am ever thinking about banking with them because we would love to have you back". I was insulted though so I tore it up and put the card on her desk and said no thanks. Probably the only good thing that came out of banking with them was getting to do that.

I went into Wells Fargo bank to cash a check that was written and drawn upon Wells Fargo a corporate check at that they informed me that there would be a $7.50 charge to cash a check that belongs to them when I asked why are you going to charge $7.50 on your own check it was explained to me because of fraud I then asked how is $7.50 going to charge cover you for fraud it was explained to me by the teller at the $7.50 helps them to recover thousands and thousands of dollars can you see the idiot answer for yourself Wells Fargo has to absolutely be the worst bank in the banking industry very very customer unfriendly.
