Great customer service. Very nice secretary over the phone. When you call them they come over within 1-2 days. Very fast service and a very reliable company! During Hurricane Florence they came out while the storm was happening, worked out of Jon boats, and got our power back on fairly quick. They do whatever they can to try and help fix any issues.

I recently opened an account with four county and because i couldnt afford a $400 deposit i had to get prepaid lights. which is fine, but for everyone looking in to it i just thought i would let you know that i have been living in my singlewide trailer since feb.28th and that is the day we got the lights cut on. i have spent $225 dollars on my lights since move in day not including the 25 dollar connection fee. i am never home during the day. i make sure all my lights are cut off my heat is on 70 and that is where it stays. my water heater is on 120. I have a 17 month old and after just buying a place money is really tight. i have no clue how i am going to keep up with my lights at this outrageous price. worst of all i called them today to talk about my concerns and they just constantly blamed the cold weather and my heater havening to work harder. and that they are only charging me for what i use.... well i just wanted their help on how i could lower my light bill... i didnt recieve any!!! ive been told that they can have people come look at your meter to make sure it is properly working and your home and tell you where you are losing energy. but nothing was offered. I just bought this place and i even called and checked on previous lights bills at my location and they were about normal. nowhere near $225 for 3 weeks. where we were previously living we had 6 people in the house 3 of the people were always at home and the heater stayed on 75 and the light bill was average 400 a month.... i have 2 adults and a 17 month old living under my roof who are never at home during the day!!!!! and my trailer is half the size!!!
