After I paid the bill and added a tip. These people said the tip was not enough, and they FORCED me to pay a tip 20% on top of my bill and would not let me leave until I paid it. They forced this payment from me. I will make this report to the labor department and CPB now.

(I never write a bad review) - But......I've been here several times before, and depending on who you get their services are pretty good. However, I went for a powder gel manicure on Saturday 4/9, by Monday 4/11 they were already lifting. I called on Tuesday to tell Danny about it and how they have to be redone. He said ok and penciled me in for 5:30 on Wed. 4/13. I arrive there only for him to tell me they are booked solid and very busy. I said but I made an appt. with you yesterday for today at 5:30. Then it was complete silence. (awkward) I say what's the wait? He said Oh, (then he says) there is a 25 min wait. Then he says oh so you want to redo your nails, huh? Like by choice I just want to redo them, NO, your technician did not do them correctly they are already lifting and I do not want to get fungus on my nails. He was dismissive. Which I knew then he was expecting to charge me for another manicure to boot. Not to mention when I was there on Saturday, I don't think he thought my tip was enough. That's the first time he has ever done that to me. I did not feel the love there and I will not return. I'm essentially gifting my money away there. So now I'm off to find another salon. (He also doesn't know he is a tenant to my company.) So when he cannot meet his obligation they will know why, because the service is not up to par and people leave and do not return. This is why they lose their customers. He's liked by many because he feeds the meters for the customers, but at the end you are paying for a service that is NOT meeting the standards at the very least not for him to feed the meters for you, and he's becoming a little smudged lately. Its just NOT the same place anymore. Bye Bye Bronxville Nails.

So for that reason we will not return. Not only that my nieces nails literally broke in half the next day one week later she only had 4 still on. Good thing when i was able to go back they corrected the matter and took accountability and said they were done too thin. But honestly my nieces nail beds in some broke in half also...not good at all. So although they strive to take care of you upon entrance only some of the workers at good or decent at what they are doing and at the look of other reviews they agree. Update after going back from sat nail fix my nieces nail broke again after the manager and a also and an employee (fixed it)?....so will not be going back there. Would I recommend? sometimes desperate times calls for desperate measures, so to each their own...you decide and this is an honest review Ask for Lilia if you do go there

Excellent customer service. Lisa is fantastic and does magnificent work with gel manicure. Alicia as well is really good whom did my pedicure. Highly recommend.

Yes they accept appointments. They are very clean and have precautions in place.
