Dumpling + Noodle

I use to go to dumpling and Noodle for years and today I decided to have lunch there with my husband and I don't know what happened to the customer service but I am highly disappointed, we will never go there again, the water they gave us had a roach floating in it and when I told the lady she took the glass and did not apologize and tried to wash the glass out and give us the same glass, I requested bottle water instead. The sauce for the spring rolls was cold as if they just took it out the refrigerator. I have never experienced this kind of service in a restaurant especially in Bronxville. I am scared to see what else they have while they are preparing the food.

Great staff, fast service. Excellent portions and fair prices. The soup dumplings were on point and the udon they make is always done right. Will be back for sure!

All the 4 star reviews and lower are complaining about how busy it gets. The apple store is busy and you still use/love your iPhone, this place is awesome. We tried the dumplings and summer rolls along with the BBQ pork and noodle soup with a shrimp dish. Favorite spot yet.

Small and cramped restaurant. The food was not memorable. The shrimp tasted weird to me. I ended up just eating the noodles.
