I went there today and the two sales people were busy taking care of customers when I walked in. One was in the digital foot analyzer with a customer and the second one was taking care of 4 very "talkative" sisters and another gentleman. I stood in the middle of the store while they kept on going back and forth by me. After 16 minutes of not being acknowledged at all (by looking or talking to me) by either one of them, I just walked out.

Very rude salesman. Not helpful and angry when I asked if they were getting any more of the sneaker I wanted in my size. Just very unpleasant. Went to a store in Scarsdale bought 2 pairs. Huge difference in service!

I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis. After a gate test and measuring my arch, June @ BRC put me in a pair of ONs. Now I’m running ON clouds. But seriously only trust experts like June to get you into the right shoe. Running is serious business, you don’t want to hurt yourself with bad shoes!!
