We visited the store with questions about a particular sofa. The staff member that helped us was very knowledgeable about the product and he answered all of our questions. Based on our experience today we will be making the purchase!

The parking lot is big and has plenty of spots to park. The store is big and clean. There are many staffs. They walk passing me without saying hi or asking if i need help.

I was waiting in the line to be called. When it was my turn, the checkout lady asked if I was picking up online order and said she will check. Then she walked away from the checkout counter to help a customer who was NOT in the line and NOT approaching her for help. I was left out there for 10 minutes, and she came back without any explanation or apology. I had to switch to another checkout lady. This lady told me this is holiday season and everyone is busy. I totally understand. But I don't understand why you can treat customers so differently and even it is my turn in the line. I have been a C&B customer for over 10 years and this is the worst C&B store I have been to. I agree with the review below, if you don't have a particular look, you will be treated differently or ignored in this store. Won't be back.

Amazing bridal registry 1:1! I had a bad experience in the Crate and Barrel in Paramus, NJ, so I told the Westport store about it (I live much closer to it) and they welcomed me with open arms and walked through EVERYTHING with me. Sharon & Bridget were so nice and accommodating from when I first contacted them to leaving the store! Really great customer service at the Westport branch and can't wait to go back there soon!
