I have been coming to Sunny Nails for over 5 years and each time I come it gets better and better! My nails last weeks and the waxing is perfect. The salon is spotless, they use precautions for Covid and everything is sanitized. I have never been dissatisfied!!!!

I've had great experiences coming to this salon for the past year now. It's a well worked space with beautiful flooring and clean table spaces. They provide exceptional service and great care for my nails. I haven't had my nails this long in quite some time now!! All the ladies here are so sweet and funny. My new go to since moving from the city :) Btw, masks are still enforced in the salon and they have disposable plastic liners for pedicures!!! (2 more pluses :) )

I decided to try just a regular pedicure. It’s 27. I paid less for a much better service. Don’t know about other ladies but wouldn’t recommend Ann. She started cutting my nails roughly, hurt me within first 5 seconds and when I instinctively reacted with a sound and then said “please careful”, she looked at where she was cutting and said “why?”. I am - “because you just hurt me”. I mean this is ridiculous. She was done with shaping and filing within 2 min. And did not even work on (forgot or changed her mind) my cuticles on one foot. I decided just to see how it goes till the end. Her own nails were absolutely dirty and she did not wear gloves. Overall the worst service I ever got.

I have to say I've never been more impressed at a how well a business embraces new covid regulations as I am at Sunny Nails. I feel confident and safe. Their compliance certifications hang proudly on the walls. Each nail station has acrylic barriers and barriers between foot baths. They limit the number of people, take temps upon arrival and document your visit which you have to sign. I really applaud their commitment to their customer. But I'm really not surprised because great customer service has always been their priority. I will continue to go to Sunny Nails not only because they're great at what they do but because they care. Thanks to Joanne and her team for making me feel safe and cared for. Always.
