Stayed for a quick overnight traveling. Residence Inns are typically a go to when traveling for me. The service was good, restaurant was closed for dinner, breakfast was decent. Only negative was cleanliness of the room. Housekeeping missed the garbage under the sink and there was dust everywhere. Overall an okay stay.

I am writing this from my hotel room. I have been here for all of 4 hours, and I have already been looking at ways to check out and move to a different hotel. First, my room was not really cleaned. Found hairs in the bed, sink, toilet, a lot of marks and damage on the room walls and doors, and the stove top was very burned/damaged. I took photos of everything on arrival and spoke to the manager on duty Daniel who was very nice. I made him aware that I am only here for one night for business and I really just wanted to make sure I wasn’t charged for room damage that existed prior to my arrival. He assured me I wouldn’t be and was very apologetic. Satisfied with our exchange, I went back to my room looking forward to a hot shower and some sleep. Unfortunately, that dream died on arrival. The person in the room next to me arrived shortly after me and I was unfortunately able to hear everything that she was doing - including bodily functions, cooking, talking on her cellphone on speaker, watching TV, opening/closing doors etc… it sounded like she was in my room. But it didn’t end there. Apparently the room above me is rented out as well and it sounds like there are 5 elephants who have moved in and are dropping their luggage every 5 minutes. When they’re not doing that, they’re howling with laughter. I’m beyond stunned. For the price I paid for one night (over $250 for a king studio) I should at least be able to get some peace and quiet. I would understand a little noise but this is ridiculous. I’m half tempted to open up my door and invite everyone in since I’m already well acquainted with their life stories having to listen to them for the past few hours! Unbelievable. I will never stay here again.

Stayed here while attending a show that evening. Rooms were quiet, spacious and well decorated. Would have liked to have stayed to try the pool and hot tub and had to leave for work. They offered basic choices for breakfast but would highly recommend that they add bacon or sausage. We would like to stay here again.

Absolutely outstanding customer service - above and beyond with some strange requests as we were in transit from living abroad with a medically fragile dog in tow. It was also very clean, nice services, very quiet which we find unusual in hotels in general, gym/pool, great buffet breakfast. Just an overall fantastic experience as we came in off a 10 hour flight. Prob the best mid range hotel we’ve ever stayed in (and for what we needed, quiet and clean and nice, it was better than some 5* places in Paris for us, frankly!) and the customer service was the best, period.

I dont think so but they are kid friendly......my kids enjoyed themselves pool table and all and the breakfast was gr8
We didn't inquire about the use of the pool so I cant help you there. There is a small breakfast served. Cheese omelet with sausage. Coffee, juice, milk. Bagels and box oatmeal and some cereal. Since it is a Residence Inn. There is no daily room service but you can ask for amenities. We didn't see any homeless there during our 3 day stay.
They have employees that speak spanish
They have a wedding venue next door. I don't believe they offer shuttles to other venues
