When you go there for a repair, ask for the quote in writing. I went there to get new tires installed. Upon inspecting my car, the front desk mechanic said that I also need an alignment and "control arms". As he was reading down what I needed, he was also verbally stating the price. I heard.."Alignment will be $90.00" "Control arms will be $70.00" Because I heard the prices and assumed that the price was reasonable, I agreed to it, especially when he reiterated that these services should be done if they are in need of repair, and you're getting new tires. Five hours later, my car is ready, and the other front desk mechanic quoted me a total of "1400"!!! I was so shocked, I began crying because I could have sworn the previous mechanic quoted me $70 for the control arms. Come to find out, I get told that control arms is really $700!! About a month later, I feel so disappointed and discouraged, because this is a car I was going to junk in a few months. A car that's not even WORTH the repair of 1400. What if I really did not need the control arms replaced? If that's the case, and they are having customers repair things that doesn't need repair, they should be ashamed of themselves. Times are hard, cost of living has gone up, and I done spent thousand dollars I did not even have. This is why I have a fear of going to mechanics, especially big name auto shops. If you go here, please, please make sure you get a quote in writing before agreeing to services.

Horrible customer service, 1st person in at 7:00am currently 8:30am still seating here waiting for basic oil change. No one updated me, went to counter allegedly its being finalized in computer. 10min later still sitting. Last time here. Previous experience they forgot to do what I requested. 1st on u 2nd on me won't be a 3rd. Dissatisfied customer.

Very poor service. I specifically dropped my car off stating that I needed a new alternator. The guy behind the counter said they had to run an electrical diagnostic first then he would get back to me. Nobody ever called. I dropped the car off at 8:30am I called them at 3pm just for them to tell me "you need a new alternator". I called back at 5:30 because I knew they closed at 7 just for them to tell me that nobody started on my car because no one had authorization and it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow morning. I work from my car and these people are wasting my time.

Absolutely do not bring your car to this place. I asked for a tire change and it took well over a week. They told me that my rim was cracked and that I needed a tire. They said the rim repair would be 80 and that the tire would be 180, which is a price I agreed to over the phone. When I arrived in person they tried to peg me with over a 500 dollar bill for a new tire and rim repair. They denied ever saying the original rim repair was 80 and tried to charge me the amount for a brand new rim just to repair the old one I already had. They also attempted to charge me for services I did not agree to and that they did not even do, such as a tire alignment which was not even done. In the end I still paid over 300 when I waited 15 days for a tire change and rip repair for a crack they said they would take a picture of and show me which they didn’t. They also ignored my calls throughout the week multiple times. Avoid avoid avoid. They tried to say that pieces of the rim were missing when they got it back from a place that they chose to send it to for repairs, insane.

There is a sanitizing station there complete with a huge jug of sanitizing gel & a roll of paper towers. The service desk are ropes of by a chain creating distance between the customer & the service agents. Mechanics place your keys in a clear plastic to return to you at the end of service.

No they did not allow customers in the main entrance due to construction. The door was locked and there was no reference to alternate entrance unti I complained. I was there this morning. Managerial training needed. Poor customer relations.
