Officer Chase Bryson investigated my BLACK LIVES MATTER flags as criminal. DDA Angela Rico assisted my neighbors in retaliation against me for filing a federal complaint for racial discrimination. PPB will violate your civil rights every chance they get.

I have enjoyed attending community events here - and have been treated with the highest degree of professionalism and respect by all members of the Portland Police Bureau. Shared on my Social Media / LinkedIn page this morning 01.04.2020 - "I have been a big fan of Danielle Outlaw since her career began in my hometown (Oakland) - and was delighted to meet her at the 2017 PDX NAACP Fundraiser. Chief Outlaw is a superb role model for our community and I expect her career to flourish in Philly." ******Thank you, Chief Outlaw and the team at PPB*****

3 hours to respond to our 911 call, answer they had a busy morning. Cop says only 12 offers on duty at a time. Named suspect in burglary of over 40k and no detective has taken the case or even questioned the suspect, when he was arrested for burglary the month before, and he is on parole out of Seattle and his PO said he didn't have permission to leave the state, he's out free to commit more crime. Why do we pay taxes.
