We have been banking at this PNC for over 9 years and will not use any other bank for our business needs. The service consistently provided by Lisadenise, the manager, is exemplary. She is extremely knowledgeable about PNC's products and services and has always gone out of her way to provide exceptional customer service. She's a wonderful representative of PNC Bank and we look forward to banking here and working with Lisadenise for more years to come.

I recently met Lisadenise Ricks, the branch manager. She has proven to be attentive, community minded, and thorough in her approach to assisting me in promoting business growth. I invited her to speak with the parents and students at my school. ...and she did.. Wow! Great to know we have a neighborhood banker who cares.

Lisadenise Rick is the worst business manager I have ever encountered. She actually told us that our business is a partnership with PNC, therefore we are not the real owners of our business if we bank at PNC bank. PNC bank moto sounds very invasive and intrusive. We decided to take our business to Bank of America. Very shocking
