I rarely have a pleasant experience here. Customer service is very lacking! I called 4 times but no answer!! A lot of employees trying to look busy but not doing anything as far as I can tell. Many employees went to the service counter but not one helped a customer. Not many customers were in store. I waited over 1/2 an hour. Of course, they didn't have what I needed. I looked at reviews, apparently they only read and respond to great reviews. I have spent hundreds at this store, you would think they would try to act like they want my business.

They had what I needed! Something that the big store's did not have like Home depot and Diamond they where a joke the people asked did not know what I was explaining duh! When I asked for the particular item the guy new right away where it was and low and behold it was exactly what I wanted PERIOD! Thank you GROVER'S! You could call Grover's or go in they are very nice, and I'm sure they would be able to help you or you could go to Ewing on 6th Street. They sell irrigation supplies and other landscaping items.

Hire a vetted handyman. Or, review no less than 6 YouTube training videos an DIY. The staff at Grove will make sure that you get the correct materials.
