Kyle Owen is the sweetest guy. My husband and I were driving up from L.A. with the engine light flashing for the last 400 miles. Being a Sunday, there was no place for us to stop until we got to Grants Pass. I was worried we had damaged the car driving it that far with the engine light on. We brought the car in on Monday and Kyle helped us. He reassured me that the car was going to be fine. We had to leave to go rafting for 3 days and Kyle made sure my car was taken care of and fixed while we were gone. Thank you Kyle and the service department at Jim Sigel Honda.
