Verizon/Ryder check in by door 89! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! tryin to pick a load from here it was crucial. I even pulled out without the load because when the finally gave me a door after 4 hours waiting the guy was goin to put a trailer lock and I asked him to tell me truth about the load been ready, he said::: look it will take at least 4-5 more hours because 4 pallets are missing to be picked up and we are almost at shift change, so we gonna leave half way loaded and when the next shift starts they gonna take their time e to try to catch up on the work, and on top of that the supervisors don’t care about it. He was very real with me and that’s when I decided to pull out even without the load. Time wasted but better than longer… they are very irresponsible with truck drivers time.

Was half an hour early for appt , took 10 hours to get loaded. 👎👎💩

Delivered for coyote check in was with security then sent me over by exit side..their signs inside warehouse says under 21 pallets considered ltl anything over will require delivery appt they took an hour to offload on a Friday afternoon
