Recently bought two new phones and screen protectors. Service on the original meeting was great. super helpful, told that we could come in anytime and repair a cracked screen protector for no extra charge. Went back to replace it today and they charge $8 a phone for shipping/handling fees. Don’t listen to them when they tell you about any of the extra bolt ons, because it’s an absolute scam. Roughly $40 for the original protection package, worthless.

Fast and quick service. I was helped by one of the managers, Taylor I think his name was. Very friendly and the other women working in the store were great as well and so friendly. Overall great experience, walked out with amazing products and I’m already very happy with my service!

We had difficulty setting up our account at first due to a small error, but Spencer was extremely helpful and had us all set to go! He went above and beyond to get us everything we wanted or would need. He is personable, friendly and detail oriented. He truly cares for his customers and their experience with AT&T.
