I called this shop and spoke with John to schedule a vehicle inspection. I told him I was selling my car and wanted a report on any maintenance the car needed before I listed it online. By the time I arrived at the shop John was leaving so I spoke with Anthony and told him the same story. Everyone there was extremely friendly and professional and my vehicle came back in good health. Anthony gave me back my keys and I asked him about printing me the report for my records. He said if I wanted a report it would’ve been $75. I told him I was happy to pay, but he acted like he was doing me a favor and “If anybody has questions about your car they can call here”. I decided to call back a few days later and spoke with John again. I told him that I just needed a copy of my vehicle inspection and he said there was no record of my vehicle being in the shop. I explained what happened and he said Grease Monkey only has records of vehicle inspected for ride share; not independent customers. All I wanted was a copy of the inspection done by these mechanics and I am stuck with nothing. Extremely misleading. Do not bring your car here.

I didn't even have to get out of my car and they saved me $150 on new headlights with their headlight restoration service!
