Positive: Nothing. Negative: 1. The soundproof is very bad. The guest next door checked in late in the night and woke me up since I could hear them chatting in the bathroom. 2. The manager is rude since she thought the client couldn't sleep well due to the noise is not their problem

Positive: not much. Negative: There wasnt a bar of soap in the entire hotel.I repeat no soap in the hotel and wasnt told about it .I had to go out at 10pm to buy a bar of soap. Still cant believe it. Must have stayed in hundreds of hotels during my lifetime.Never had this experience.

We stayed here about 8-10 time in 2021 There was always a refrigerator in the room, maybe twice there was a microwave in the room, but this time we didn¿t have neit

Checked in the day after Valentine’s with my girlfriend and just wanted a nice relaxing night. Stains on the pillows, the shower floors, and we woke up to a bug crawling on us in the morning. Wasn’t worth the hassle of trying to switch rooms as we didn’t check in until 10pm. Wanted to complain at the front desk the next morning and couldn’t even find someone to speak to. Definitely won’t be back. Left a complaint a week ago and haven’t heard back from anyone still. Spend your money elsewhere.
