Can't say enough about how neat this place is if you like Irish pubs!! Great meal selection and good fresh food, nice wait staff, good variety of drinks. There's a quiet section and a louder fun bar room area. Just can't say enough about what a nice experience we had. One thing I love is how a crew brought all the entrees out at the same time and it was piping hot. If I ever get back to this area this will be my place to dine.

Good food, but is it worth it? Located on a prominent layline of the Earth, this eatery is a gateway and, or a trap. If this was posted today, I'm still experiencing the same day over and over again. If time has passed since the review was submitted, that means I finally cracked the code, and I'm back to living my life on a linear path. I must be getting close. You need to try the bangers and mash while you're here indefinitely. Again— I highly recommend the food. 5 Stars.

Great food and drinks!! Nice clean place and nice staff! Food was hot and the drinks were cold! Nice atmosphere!!

Monday in Denville, almost all the restaurants are closed - Thatcher McGhee's saved the day for us, and turned out to be a genuine treat in the process. We were very well attended to, in a cozy, book-sy sort of nook of the pub, by Jim, who had a lovely British accent of some sort (I know there are many, I don't want to get it wrong). He was engaging and easy to get along with - as were all the dishes we ordered, from the bar platter and the drinks to the entrees, many of which are familiar, some of which are clearly more classically Irish or British. The interior is many variegated, but all sections have that warm, cosy feel of a pub - and interestingly a reiteration of the thatched roof on the exterior of the building within as well. We're surely end up coming back - Monday or not - when next we're in town!
