The kid at the counter had no idea how to work the register... tried to charge the woman in front of us for our food too. He didn't understand that they were separate orders. The manager came over and was quite rude to the woman... and us for no apparent reason. Then had the audacity to charge almost $8 for 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. I called other Frank's in the area and they were all under $6 for same slices. In addition to the prices, the pizza was nothing near the quality you expect from Frank's... it was barely edible. Will not return to this Frank's ever again. Way better pizza options nearby.

I stopped there today to get a soup that’s called STRACCIATCLLA. Basically it’s a chicken broth soup with scrambled eggs and spinach good for the particular diet I’m on for the surgery. what I got was chicken soup with spinach and egg thrown in it . It cost me almost $15 with my tip( I should’ve looked in the bag) I don’t recommend this Restaurant to anyone First and last time

Food was very yummy and nice and warm ! I tried a tortalini pizza slice for the first time and was actually pretty good ! Deff need to try their food if you haven’t

I am assuming this is the same owners as in Mt Arlington because the pizza was below average. I am basing it off the rest of the pizza in Morris County and the slice presented had little sauce a mix of cheese and the crust was tasteless. The place itself is huge and must do a good business because that is some serious rent. Also, the atmosphere could be better. The kid behind the counter was very nice and provided good customer service.
