They have very good Customer Service. The online waste Profile system is easy to use. You may have to wait 1-5 days to get a Profile approved before you can schedule your load to be disposed. So, send your Profile into the landfill early in case you have to wait 5 days for an approval.

Good luck getting a hold of them. There phone number just disconnects when you get a hold of someone they can’t help you this place is a joke. I got a hold of Heidi she doesn’t know any other numbers other than hers. She can’t transfers you she only doesn’t bin rentals that’s it. What a joke.

Had to dump some popcorn ceiling debris, after several calls to Waste Management company, and learned that THIS is the ONLY dump site for popcorn ceiling debris. Loaded up the bags and head over on fine weekday morning (against traffic.) The road to the dump entrance is kinda of apocalyptic, deserted buildings, graffiti, constructions trucks loaded with demolished building debris, etc. 1. when you get to the entrance, wait in line with the trucks, go through the booth/kiosk, get tagged for what you are dumping (to specific spot for the trash), pay when you come out. 2. dump site is a couple miles beyond the entrance, mostly dirt road after a mile or two. 3. get to the dump site, a worker/guide will be there to give you specific instructions exactly where to dump it. It's DIY, you dump it yourself. 4. from the photos, you can see the dirt that will bury the trash/debris 5. return to the entrance, get in line again, pay up, you're outta there. 6. it's quite expensive, but once you are there, you'll see why. The workers there are quite helpful and nice. I got lost driving from entrance booth to the dump site, the girl had to chase me down to lead me to the correct dirt road and dump spot. Overall be grateful there still is ONE place you can dump your stuff in the bay area.
