Nice place to walk around; however following the numbered stops is not as easy as one would think. There isn't like a clearly marked path, but I also get that that would change the look and feel of the garden. Some areas didn't have that many flowers, and it would be helpful to know how to identify certain flowers to appreciate the garden more. On a sunny day, it's also helpful to bring an umbrella, as there are some areas without shade. Some spots also lack descriptions; for example, the four statues area. There might be more info on the website, however.

Beautiful place to spend around 4 hours easily or the day . This is carry in carry out . There is picnic spot in shepherd lake where you can sit and eat . I visited online September 2021 . There were less flowers but the different gardens were beautiful. The manor is beautiful: I didn’t pay entree fee as no one was there in the booth . But in parking lot A you can pay for your parking . They have have 3 parking lots A, B and C and each can accolade around 15 cars .

Manor style. Sprawling grounds. Pay for parking is your entry costs so not per person. Peaceful. Lots to walk and see but I would not call it a priority Attraction. Seems to connect to park and hiking trails. It would be nice if there were more interpretive signs and maps. We got a bit lost.

As it happens and I remembered when I saw it, that we were there about a decade ago with some friends and family, cousins, and then I forgot about this place, thinking it is a bit far. Recently I had a photoshoot and the client requested that we do it in this place, as I was walking through, I realized it is the same place that I forgot about from a decade ago and what an amazing place it is. Whether you are choosing to spend a day with your family, booking some event or just want to have beautiful pictures for hobbyist or professional photo shoot, this is definitely one of the places that I would visit or consider. They have beautiful gardens, and with variety of plants, flowers, scenery, but what they also have, beautiful paths, with tress on both sides creating leading lines, hence perfect for photography, they have a castle or at least a building that looks like one, they have multiple nooks and different items, including a beautiful water lane, as I would call it, but I am sure there is a name for it, where pictures are literally begging to be taken. There is no limit to scenery in this place, and the only limitation is ones imagination. I recall, not this time around, but from a previous trip a decade ago, they also have cherry blossoms, ponds, and much more. If you are looking for a beautiful site for any reason, this park should at least be put on the list to consider for sure. Here are a few pictures from my most recent visit and photoshoot.

Do you a have receptions in side and how many people can you have ?
Officially there are no dogs allowed.
Supposedly no, however many bring their dogs to Skylands. Ringwood Manor does allow dogs.
For NJ residents $5 parking fee. No admission fee
It depends on how much you want to explore it. At least a couple of hours, but you could spend an afternoon there
Yes. Look for the Carriage House building on the map. That's where it is located.
Yes
That's correct Paul C got it right. For professional shots the photographer needs a permit.
Sure, on the paved areas.
