I went to this place on a cloudy Saturday. Nothing is beautiful as nature. The place is good. Probably, one of the good ones to spend time, walk, and relax. There are three parking lots starting from the entrance. Also, Manson are used for events. I saw few improvements in terms of facilities i.e. mapping, putting signs.

GPS has wrong pin point but it's just few blocks down the road and you'll find the address. Location is nice and family friendly. Not huge but decent state park for picnicking. Parking is a bit stressful since you have to be there before 9 or else the lot will get full during holidays.

Yes, there are lots of fields and trails with many beautiful trees changing colors at this time. Most of NJ is at peak colors right now.

It's open, there's no swimming because they don't have lifeguards.
I truly dont know call the boro or tourism council, it was breathtaking...to view...
No a place for long walks and peaceful environment.
