I walked in to take a urine test for a job. No staff at the front so as the sign stated, sign in at the kiosk. No one stated you had to make an appointment and I see all these people coming in and being called before me. Ridiculous

If I could give a zero I would. Checked in as a walk-in at 7:15am and didnt get called until 9:10am. When I asked about the wait time, a young man replied that there are only two people working.

I took my 14 month old baby for blood work here and from the moment I walked in I was received by a comment like "oh is the blood work for her" then the person proceeded to state she was not going to be able to do it because the baby was dehydrated 🤣, (she wasn't). Anyway I let them try. But first they took my debit card and charge me an X amount as my copay I guess. I watched the whole thing and the phlebotomist here need a lot of education and skills development, they were literally fishing for the vein. I would never come back to this location. Thanks but no thanks.

Unprofessional and unskilled staff. Because this location is close to me, I made an appointment and when I took my daughter there, they told me they don't have the needle for the lab test and should cancel the appointment. Last year I was there too for my daughter, they couldn't find the vein and made many holes in her arm.
