The yellow accent walls and abundant natural light are such a delightful change from the drab norm. The waiting room is clean, quiet, and spacious. Wheelchair accessibility is especially easeful and the curbside parking ideal. The office was well-signed. Diamond, my phlebotomist, was supremely timely, calm, efficient, and competent. It was the most pleasant, tranquil, and blessedly straightforward lab experience I’ve had. I’ll definitely choose this Quest location again. The only improvements I’d recommend would be to banish the fluorescent lighting and to add even more yellow!
