So disappointed. Their customer service representative(s) that I spoke with where very nice. However, I was trying to return an ink cartridge that I had purchased for someone else. The cartridge didn't work. I have my invoice with all the information but they wouldn't refund me because I didn't know the model of the printer. It shouldn't matter. I have proof that I bought it from them. I usually don't complain (mainly due to my name). However, I do not find this acceptable.

Our replacement 288XL cartridges are compatible to XP-440. However, it seems that your printer is having the firmware which prevents our cartridges from being recognized. I would suggest you downgrade your firmware and then try our cartridge again.
