I ordered 3 plain bagels, thinking there's no way they can screw it up.. they gave me 3 ONION bagels. Seriously?!? They can't get even the simplest order right!

Not only will they take upwards of 10 minutes to get your simple order to you but they will give it to you very rudely and charge you for donuts that you are not responsible for and do not have.
