Ulta is like my second home. They have EVERYTHING one needs for beauty: skin care, makeup, beauty tools, hair care products, hair styling tools, nail polish, nail tools, a Benefit Brow Bar, a salon, and they have high end, luxury and drug store products alike..so that everyone can get what they need regardless of their budget. The staff are always friendly and willing to help out (I spent 2 HOURS with a few employees one day where they were determined to find the perfect shade of foundation for me because I'm on the albino spectrum and it's difficult,) they are pretty knowledgeable about the products, they don't try to push you to buy things that you aren't interested in, and they'll even follow you throughout your shopping if you need them to to ensure that you leave satisfied with every product that you require. It's clean, everything is sanitized regularly from what I can tell, they have regulations in place to keep everyone safe (or as safe as we can be during a pandemic,) and it's just a fantastic place overall!

I almost didn't want to leave this review but I have to... I got my hair "toned " (turned grey and swampy) and layered. Two very basic things to get done to your hair, and I was charged $130. I felt sick when I saw the bill. I wasn't overjoyed with how my hair turned out but it was like, good enough so I didn't say anything, but the stylist put this awful serum in my hair that made it look and feel greasy and oily, and my hair is now blonde and grey instead of a icy tone to it like I asked. I will never go to ulta again to get my hair done, I was definitely definitely robbed.

Últa had always been a great store for a wide variety of beauty products. I recently went in to pick up something from The Ordinary line. Before going, I checked if it was available in store via the website, it was and so I went in to get it. It turns out it wasn’t available but the associate I spoke to offered to order and ship it to me for no shipping cost (this is normal but nice). It arrived quickly and didn’t cost any more that if I had purchased in store.
