We got there when the place was empty had our waiter completely ignore us for the first 20 minutes after we were sat by the hostess. We placed our orders and had 3 other groups of people get their food before us who were seated well after us. When our food finally came out half the order was wrong and the waiter thanked my friend for “reminding him” that half the meal he ordered was missing. One of the waitresses openly gave somebody the finger out in the open where everybody could see her and was loudly cursing to where the whole section could hear; at one of her coworkers about who knows what. Do yourselves a favor and just drive the extra 10 minutes the the Utica Denny’s or McDonalds.

Tasty food but they definitely didn't have enough staff on. There was a long wait time and when the food got to our table it was lukewarm. Me and my family are going to visit again to give it another shot but for this visit I'm just giving three stars

Our waitress did her best to be accommodating. Food took a long time. We got sandwiches and fried sides. Food was edible but that is about it. I would not go back.

Our food was decent. Exactly what you'd expect from an IHOP. The service lacked a bit, our waitress did inform us that she was new. She was very nice so we hope she's there when we go back. Overall we were pleased as usual and will be back.
