Great community and clean spacious grounds. The events on the first Saturday of the month are a lot of fun with great vendors , food trucks, music and fun activities.

Main Objective

Town home's are quite nice, though could use renovating & modernizing. Staff has been tentative, nice (for the most part), speedily handle my maintenance requests. I even appreciate the security presence, which make it feel a bit safer. Gym facilities, dog parks, BBQ grills, beautiful lake in walking distance, shopping center/mall no more then a 15 min away.. And mini shopping center in the middle of the community! Walls are kinda thin, good luck if you have loud neighbors, ventilation is not the best, so they suggest you keep your windows open at certain times (Yet can't provide window screens 🤔), Social events would be nice if I knew when they were! Is there actually a shuttle? Overall Parkmerced is a great place to lay your head down. Yes there's a few things that can be better (especially for the price you pay). I appreciate the effort anyway and see you're not going to find many better places in San Francisco.
