y’all have the cutest delivery driver i’ve ever seen, Austin R . he was so sweet for waiting for me to be able to meet him somewhere bc he was unable to get on base. great costumer service i’ve had from a pizza hut, thank u.

Service was okay but we were getting our order and it wasn’t okay there were no breadsticks which I didn’t order breadsticks it was cheese sticks no mozzarella sticks either and only gave me one order of my cinnamon rolls but said she would give me a credit and I hope she did because I had to pay for food I didn’t receive and I was a little upset the manager was in a rush apparently because she was so eager to leave and then she was talking about another employee to an employee about the mental health issues the other employee had and I have mental health issues and didn’t find it amusing at all. And the told the other employee about they hired two more fruit cakes that day I don’t think that was right at all

The pizza is as expected but it is the only delivery in Savannah that can successfully deliver the food hot and under 2 hours. Every time it’s 30-45 minutes and their delivery drivers are always polite. Great customer service!

Received the incorrect, burnt order...call to get refund, they hung up on me several time before I spoke to someone, then they wouldn't refund me, finally said they would give me only $10 back. Said they refunded and never got my refund. Pizza hut raised prices and gives terrible service and doesn't refund for their mistakes. Never ordering there again!
