What a joke. Paid for reserved parking; get here at 9:30 pm and all spots full. Lady at desk said there’s no one to patrol the lot so you just have to call for refund tomorrow. Restaurants say close at 10pm, by 9:40pm they’re all standing around saying “Closed” to every one who walks in. The line for showers is 12-13 people waiting. With 0 movement. The whole point of a truck stop is a safe place for a truck driver to park, eat, shower and sleep after driving 11 hours a day. It’s really sad to see how many truck stops are like this one nowadays. They forget the only reason they have a job is because they work at a truck stop! But they could care less about the actual truck drivers. Not only did I waste $20 to try and save a parking spot, but then I couldn’t even get food. The bathroom was gross. And I guess no shower too. The managers and owners of these truck stops need to do something, this is getting out of hand and becoming the norm. Pretty sad a truck driver can’t get food or a shower. No one wants to clean the showers and no one wants to work to make sure we can eat.

We went on to purchase 2 Monsters the sale price was 2 for $4... when cashier rang the monsters up they came to 2 for $5. I mentioned to the young lady the price displayed was 2 for $4. She excuses herself from the register goes and takes all the Momsters off. made a price adjustment, tells me I can pay and walks away. She attempted to not give receipt, when a bag was requested she put merchandise in bag and walks away. DHE REFUSES TO PASS US THE BAG AND MY DAUGHTER HAD TO REACH ACROSS CLOSER TO REGISTER TO GET THE BAG.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED .

I used to really enjoy coming to TAs in general versus the competitors. But it’s really gone downhill. You used to be able to get a decent meal and find a place to park. Now, literally half of the parking lot spaces are marked as reserved. Pure greed !! Keep it up and more of your business will be lost to Loves. Nice Fuddruckers… too bad they lock the doors at 9:15…

Just a quick stop for fuel. Has a decent amount of items for traveling to help make it a little more comfortable. Has a couple different Food options with restaurants inside. Store needs a remodel or at least a good cleaning and paint but the restrooms were clean and the drinks Cold. Fuel prices are ridiculous like everywhere else THANKS BIDEN Not.
