If I could give this place negative stars I would. IM Lactose intolerance so when I order coffee I order it with Oat Milk. Today I did what I normally do and me and my GF got sick. I stopped going here and started going to the DD at 8th & Broad which was even worst & it was too far so I gave my neighborhood DD another try and they didn't let me down. It's a shame that everytime I enter Dunkin Donuts I have to play Russian roulette with my body. This is the last time I'll ever be buying from any Dunkin Donuts. Employees are rude, customer service depends on the weather and it's always a mess. You just lost a continuous everyday customer. If your reading this take the drive to a star bucks or local mom & pop cafe. Trust me you will have better service, coffee, and food.

A small mix up turn ignorant I order hot Chocolate & was given coffee no big deal things happen the problem was when I told them about it they replaced the coffee with hot chocolate in the SAME CUP!!! I’m not looking to sue any but other are stop talking so much and get y’all customer service skills up
