Great staff. Able to turn out orders quickly
Dior Billups
Walked in and was never acknowledged. The two people behind the register were more concerned with continuing their conversation than actually greeting me. One of them looked at me repeatedly and never said anything or motioned for their coworker to take my order (I gave the benefit of the doubt in case he wasn’t the one taking orders) Overall, I got tired of sitting there waiting on the conversation to end so I left. Do bettee

As always good drinks. But twice they made our order incorrect. We asked them to please fix it and they pushed back. They finally corrected the order after the person making the drinks did admit to not adding the flavoring that the drink is made with. Nothing special was added or changed with the London Fog Hot Tea.

This location was great until the follies from the staff kicking out the homeless as each one is a check away from being homeless. I notice a rotation between old and the new staff workers. The younger women are very verbal with the customers - elders and young! There was an incident a couple months when two young worker (Girls), were disrespecting a grown man, when he simply asked for a glass of water and it escalated into a major event with the Philadelphia police was called to this particular location for the 30th time. Windows at the location were broken. The staff have a knack to call the cops on customers for the simplest and minor problem that occur. Managers at this location seemly just want to hire just younger folks for this job. If they hire seniors, I don't think much of these situations would take place at all. Second, the laws are being broken by Starbucks for not having a bathroom for their paying customers to use after purchasing their food items. Therefore, this is a huge problem with Starbucks pulling over into the Marriott Hotel where there is an agreement to let the Starbucks customers use the restroom. The city needs to enforce their laws - Starbucks are no better than any other food chain store and needs to follow the laws. The Security Guards at the hotel stops and harass the Starbucks customers on a daily bases by telling them to go back to the café- get out of the hotel - refusing them entry of usage of the restroom on many occasions. Discrimination, Profiling, Targeting and Harassment by the Marriott Security & Staff happens day in - day out. End Times
