Dunkin has a problem of not have a central measurement system that the Dunkin’ workers follow to a T. You never get them same consistency more then twice. It’s not specifically the stores but the workers in the stores. Don’t get me wrong I love the Dunkin coffee but if another chain place like Dunkin’ ever arose, besides Starbucks they’d have my business.

The food is okay but the serving time is slow. Some of the employees spend more time having conversations amongst themselves than focusing on tending to the customers. They've used their cellphone and text while standing behind the counter. A times when I visit, their language is inappropriate. They've used profanity.
