The service at this Inn is above and beyond. We came for my God sons birthday and the staff was so nice and welcoming . James at the front desk was a pleasure. And we loved Wayne the Matience guy, really made him feel very special. And kept up with the pools needs. The property landscapers and maid service did an outstanding job as well. Will recommendation this place to anyone.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Despite a fairly run down outside, the room was clean and fresh with welcome air conditioning when we arrived on hot and muggy day. Shampoo was out in the shower dispenser but that’s a minor problem we quickly overcame. Single night stay so hard to evaluate more in depth. Breakfast room is crowded but food was fresh and plentiful Using points but the room rate was quite competitive for a convenient and quiet location. Room was upstairs and would be difficult for access challenged or mobility impaired folks. Nice setup for longer stays (but not our use case)

Had a meeting in Raleigh this week and check in on the late side. I was very pleased with this hotel choice. It's like a lot of townhomes very comfortable design. The staff was very professional and kind. It was nice to have a full kitchen! The room was clean and convenient. All the appliances you need for a multiple-night stay. The bed was super comfy, and Breakfast was delicious! Thank you for making my stay at the residence inn "feel like home."

I’ll start off by mentioning that all the staff here was incredibly nice and that this lower review does not reflect on them, other than the review otherwise being much lower. They were nothing short of wonderful, kind and positive. The hotel itself however needs so much work. Our commode wasn’t even attached to the floor. The carpet had stains. The floor wasn’t well laid and sloppy at the transitions. It’s dated and needs updates. Really not a huge deal unless you’re expecting something nicer. The big problem with this hotel however, is that they didn’t put enough installation between rooms. We stayed for 4 nights and the room above us must have been on a sleep all day, stay up all night schedule. We could hear them walking, coughing, and talking. All night. It sounded like they were having a Zumba party. The hotel offered to move our room after our second night of reporting noise disturbance at 2 and 3 in the morning. However with our 16 hour workdays, we didn’t want to move all of our things and have to pay another pet deposit. To maybe be put in another similar situation because really, I think it all came down to faulty building design. It was a lovely setting, in a great location. But it was really hard to sleep. Even with a noise box, it sounded like a toddler Zumba party upstairs all night every night.
