I travel from Virginia to the very bottom with work. I check in at this location and get charged a deposit. I have a corp card thru my company and I have never had to pay a deposit at any Quality Inn I stay. I asked the clerk for a receipt for the deposit and I am told I can not have one. I have an expense report that I have to attach pictures o every receipt and it is a nightmare to not have a receipt. Will never stay here again. I have a 2 year project here in Raleigh and will be staying in the area from 5 to 18 days a month but will definitely be choosing another hotel.

We thought it was great but the breakfast could have been much better. The room was great. The bed was comfortable. We loved the walk in shower. The hot water was amazing.

Positive: Had a wonderful night mgr upon arriving. Didn¿t know u no longer had maid service. Second night, I told a different night manager that my room had been skipped. Instead of explaining why, he showed me a notice to read. So I ask for clean towels & shamp Negative: The rude night manager on my second day staying. Unfortunately didn¿t get his name. The first night manager was awesome.

The manager is the reason I’m writing this. I usually get rooms here pretty often but one time the hotel was full and we’ve already came all this way.. my daughter needed her diaper change. I asked the manager nicely if I can use the bathroom he said no, I continued “ I just need to change my daughter I won’t be long, please” he stated “I don’t care about your daughter, I said no” I walked away. And found somewhere to change her. Another time I was getting a room with my daughter, he told us a room won’t be ready until 6. 6 o’clock comes around I asked him is the room ready and he flips out yelling at me saying “NO, JUST LEAVING I DONT WANT YOU HERE, I TOLD YOU TO LEAVE” I tried to stay calm since I really needed the room “ you told me to wait until 6 I don’t understand the problem? He said I was the problem and that I was waiting around… if you have children this is not the hotel for you!!
