Once I have my 2020 Harley detail got a quote for $30 and then at the end of the process he told me was 60 nothing was said to me about it up charge on anything when I went to leave I told her no it was not OK they charge me the $60 anyway they did an OK job but not worth that much very disappointing and the management.

Paid $38 for the premium plus package. They didn't even get all the dirt out or wipe down the dash good. My car has smears all over the dash. And dirt still in the cup holders and floor.

It had been a year and a half since our Jeep had been cleaned (go ahead and commence judgement) and today I had some free time to give our JK a bath. Cruisers Car Wash appears to be hit or miss, depending on what day and which crew is working on your vehicle...according to all of the previous reviews. I like to form my own opinion and went to Cruisers with an open mind, in my effort to support local and give them a very fair opportunity to earn my future business. All in all? Not too bad. I pulled up and was recommended the Platinum Package by the pleasant staff member. She explained most of the details surrounding what that package entailed, but did not mention price points for this package, nor any additional packages that could have been briefly explained as additional options. I'm all for trusting a recommendation from someone who is employed at a reputable car wash, but I only wish she would have offered up additional packages so that I could have made an educated decision, myself, and compared it to her recommendation. Why the Platinum Package? Why not the one package level above or below? CAR WASH AND INTERIOR CLEANING: Since I paid for the Platinum Package, I had my personal, mental set of expectations after most of the package details were verbally explained. Since it has been awhile, I wasn't expecting perfection or a fine detail job, just to get that out of the way. The exterior wash was very good. The multiple staff members seemed to have an assembly line technique going and it was efficient. The fine details of mirrors, windows, trim, tires, wheels etc. were done very well. I also had some sticky, black substance that had splashed up at some point, which created some headaches, but the young lady excelled at using some elbow grease to buff most of it out (also was shown, once finished). Overall, the exterior cleaning was pleasing. As for the interior job...yes, it's a Jeep. Yes, it has some minor battle scars inside. Yes, it does have some small paint spots from my blue collar job. But, I was expecting a little better job at vacuuming it out, especially when half of the original carpet has been removed already. Not to say that the vacuum job was horrible, but the staff did miss cleaning the rear hatch interior section and I had to bring it to their attention during the final inspection. The young lady apologized and promptly grabbed a Shop Vac to complete the job. After my final inspection, I concluded that the small, remaining debris in the front floorboard was fine and there was no need to have the vacuum brought back out. I tipped $10 cash (was hoping to give a $20 spot out for exceptional work) and was thanked for coming in. The entire experience from arrival to final inspection was approx. 35 mins. Not bad timing at all. If there would have been more attention to detail paid in the labor and expained why the Platinum Package was what was best for my Jeep, this could have been a 5-Star visit. Today, I score this Cruisers Car Wash 3.6 STARS!!
