I had a wonderful experience finding my new mattress with the help of Randall and Carl at the mattress firm on oleander dr, Wilmington, NC. I had stopped in on a few separate occasions and Randall and Carl offered amazing help and suggestions for me to help find a new mattress that met my specifications within my budget. I would refer anyone I know to these two salesman, as I know how great they were, and i already sent my roommate over to them for his new mattress. They did not rush me or push me to get any specific mattress, they were just there to offer fantastic help. Very friendly guys, great experience at mattress firm, 5 stars for every category possible
