Was extremely disappointed when meet by the driver of my taxi. He popped the latch stepped back and asked if would like assistance placing my luggage into a lift up style van taxi. This might be a new courtesy that I'm not familiar with, but it didn't sit well width me. Never spoke a word to me on the drive to the airport even when I asked him to turn kn the a/c. He did the same action regarding my luggage when I arrived at the airport. My driver was young and built like a colloge football star. I tipped - but he lost a gross majority of it due to this off the wall guestion/action. Please educate me if this is the new normal. I travel around the world for business and this was a first for me ...of course urber and lyfts are different. The van was not spotless inside and had a overpowering air freshener smell. It was hot until I reguested the a/c. Overall the van had a odd bad smell of possibility trying to mask some other odors anb the drive rneeds some coaching on his interpersonal skills. REPLY TO OWNER: Sorry if COVID is one main reason you state for not touching a passenger's luggage, then have your drivers wear mask and ask them to wait with a pair of new latex gloves to use while greeting the passengers and then ask if they would like assistance with their luggage. As I stated, I am a world traveler - never have seen what you are describing. Secondly, I have no clue how or why you were making a point about the amount of time it could or would take to recieve service in this area. My company had prearranged my transportation which happen to be your cab and it was waiting outside my hotel at my departure time. The last item, if the cab is dirty with sick drunk passenger - it needs to be removed from service and cleaned properly and a clean fresh cab needs to be subsituted. (Remember you are the one who brought up COVID, would your passenger want to have the same knowledge if the rider before them had puked all over the inside?) Please stop with making excuses for a bad experience and own the fact - you dropped the ball on the one. Read other reviews. The owner does not accept negative feedback.

My driver was prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. I cannot remember his name but I am Veda and he picked my up at 8:40 this morning. If you see this review and you were my driver please add your name and I apologize for forgetting! Daycare is a along busy day.

Taxi service was scheduled a day in advance and confirmed over the phone the morning of for an important doctors appointment. The driver never showed up and had to be called to find out what was going on. The driver, now 30 minutes late never even started driving to pick up. She said she would be there in 15 minutes. Then she texted saying another driver was closer and he would do it. After a while he called and said he was an hour away. This service is completely unreliable and unprofessional. They are not even able to show up on time, which according to many other reviews is very common for them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I booked Pyramids Taxi Cab service for transfer to the airport from my home for 3:30am. They never showed up, even after calling to confirm the reservation. I called them when they were getting late, and it went to voicemail. I almost missed my flight in the morning. Thankfully I was able to take an Uber at the last minute. I will not recommend this company. They are unreliable and caused me a lot of stress especially when you have a flight to catch.
