Buyer beware * Tried to put lien on my mom's property unless I would provide identification to them ( they gave me 2 days & a closed dmv due to the pandemic ) So that being said they are very quick to try and reposses your place over any matter I was just a guest visiting his mom , I worked 2 jobs and this was a pitstop They wanted to know who I was and what I'm doing around there . There are a few empty lots in the park
Not positive, but I believe it's in excess of $600. Not sure, so don't hold that figure as absolute! Usually several are 4 sale, call the office or drive they. Lots if people out up signs even before notifying the office. Managed pretty well, so they would be your best option.
