i toured the oxford this past weekend and really enjoyed what i saw. doretha was really thorough and answered all of my questions. the apartment i toured was really spacious and clean. i’m definitely considering leasing here!

Hey everyone so I am not the one to complain much. I lived here for just over a year and it was not the best or the worst. When the pandemic hit I gave food and water to help out. I was late on rent a few times and the management team was helpful. So the bad my neighbors always made noise and I complained so much with nothing done. 2 and 3 in the morning getting woke up was the worst. Anyway, so I have been out of this place for almost a year and I get a letter in the mail about missed rent from a year ago? I was like what so being who I am I keep records so I had to pull my records and see I did pay I called the lawyers number as I got a letter from the sheriffs office and no answer so I called the rental office who informs me that all these letters have been taking care of. I write this to say as a person that does my best and stay clean to get a letter from the police was one upsetting and two worrisome. Anyway be careful and make sure you look around before renting here.

If you do not want your car stolen, packages opened by property management staff, apartment burglarized, or terrible customer service do not move here! Property management staff here are horrid! They make excuses for charges, don't know the proper protocol for operating the facilities, and will lie just to keep you from being in their office! If its not a dire situation find somewhere else to go! Corporate is not much better... you have to hound them for any type of resolution! This property is not worth the money or headache property management causes! The organization as a whole should be restructured, the building's appearance is nice, however living here is a logistical nightmare! If there is ever a fire floors 1-4 would be the only floors with a chance of survival! There is one way in and one way out via elevator! Stairs are only accessible from the parking garage not the first floor without a master key! The management make the living experience here comparable to prison, emails are non-professional, and we are constantly spoken to like children! Please do not sign a lease here...in a few weeks you will come to regret it!

She has handled my questions and created a safe space for me and my security at The Oxford. She continues to engage resident relationship while ensuring my needs were taken care of. Amazing job!
