Went in to get some soda and snacks for the road and asked the employee at the register to use the restroom. Old woman with short grey hair working around 3pm July 28th. She said to wait by the restrooms and she'd come unlock it. She had nobody in line. I went to wait and watched her then go back to the register and check out several people. If I wasn't allowed to use the restroom She could have just said so. I have polyuria and had to go pee in a cup in my car because she never came to assist me. Terrible service. Went to McDonald's across the street to get my snacks.

This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever worked with. I have to call a week or more in advance to fill medications, and the customer service is horrible. The photo department also “lost” several of my orders that were printed there. Ive never been more grateful to transfer my prescriptions somewhere else. I don’t know why I put up with them for 3 years. Go somewhere else if you can.

I have been filling my meds here for almost 2 years now and just had a frustrating experience. I signed up for a flu shot appointment and showed up 10 minutes early. I filled out the paperwork that I had already filled out online a second time. Fine. But in the time I was waiting about 6 other individuals walked in for vaccines. The person administering shots gave 3 of the people who had showed up after me their shots and then went back behind the counter again. I finally went up to the woman in the pharmacy and said "Hi my appointment was over 30 minutes ago and I'm still waiting should I just come back another time?" Like magic I received my flu vaccine. I do feel for the people that work here as the pharmacy is always swamped. But that IS the problem. They are swamped and it always feels like I'm waiting in long lines to get medications or service. This is making me consider switching to CVS.

The store is okay; staff are nice. Just bizarre that the pharmacy hours the other day were completely inconvenient. Went in at 9am and the sign said they're on MEAL BREAK and will open at 2 (5 hrs?!?!?!), so went back a little past 2pm and still closed. I don't understand especially when the operation can be skeletal so the service won't be compromised.
