Discount Tire

I had a fairly new tire (bought at Discount) slowly loosing pressure. After a long wait for service, I was informed that there was a double puncture (possibly a construction staple) that could not be repaired. Plus, since I have AWD, I supposedly needed to buy 4 new tires!! Instead, I took the tire to a small local shop where they dismounted the tire, repaired the punctures, and charged me $6! It's been fine. Discount tried to take advantage of me to sell me tires I didn't need.

I hobbled in after my tire was punctured. They got me in and quickly even after having to order/transfer from another shop. Everyone was extremely nice and knowledgeable. We continue to return to the Discount Tire store for all our families tire needs!

I visited at 10:15a, Friday (5/20/2022), for a tire repair (screw in tire w/aggressive air leak). I was greeted promptly, and they were able to fix my tire, rotate, balance, and replace my cracked windshield wipers for an EXTREMELY reasonable cost. The gentleman who helped me was respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and smiled warmly. As a matter of fact, I noticed all of the service staff smiled and I thought that was really cool. This day/time, such is quite rare. When I need tires, I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN!!!

Staff is friendly and work hard to get your car finished. However, the online appointments and appointments made with a service member are a joke. Day 1: I had to get 2 tires for my daughter, so w made an online appointment for 3 pm. I left the car at the shop and went home, opting for the text notification when my car was finished. I received a text at 5:30 to pick up (they close at 6). I was dropped off and when I checked with the worker,, my car had not even been serviced yet. I got to wait for an hour and a half ( past 7pm). Next day, different car, this time the tires we needed weren't in stock. No big deal, they could be there the following day. So, we made an appointment to return the next day to get two tires put on. When I arrived at the appointment time, the worker told me it would be an hour and a half before it would be done. Turns out, my car did not go into the bay until 2 hours past the appointment time, and add another 45 minutes for it to be worked on. It's still worth the trip for the quality of service from the employees and the quality of tires (in fact, I will never go anywhere besides Discount Tire), just don't expect the appointment time to hold... You'll be waiting.
