I wish I can give this place 0 stars. Cole stole my work computer. Brought in a computer on 3/30 for a screen replacement. After screen was replaced, I realized camera didn’t work. Took it back in for camera to be replaced. Took a week for camera to get replaced. When I picked it up, it had some sticker burned into the top so Cole said he had to replace the screen. I went in a week later (after attempting several times to reach Cole) with him always switching our meeting time. 4/13 I told him I had to leave for a long vacation. He kept moving times and eventually never showed. 4/23 I returned from my vacation. Found him in the store and he said the store was broken into and he would have a new computer shipped to my home on that Monday. It never came. After another week going back and forth with him saying it would be available and he would be present, on 5/3 he had a computer sent to me. The issue is he sent me a used 2017 computer when my computer was a 2021 MacBook m1 chip 256 gb computer. He hasn’t responded to any messages. I don’t know where his new store is moving but at this point, my job is getting the police involved. Do not do business with this center.

I brought my laptop to this place to fix my MacBooks’ fan issue. They downloaded an app which is not for IOS, and the problem was solved. When I brought it home, the same issue still happened. I asked for my refund, they said they would venmo it for me, BUT THEY NEVER DID, even though I tried to text them so many times.

I took my computer to apple service center to replace my MacBook screen. I called several times with no answer and proceeded to make an appointment anyway.when I got there I asked him about it and he didn't same to care, basically leave me alone. He told me my screen replacement will be $400 and asked him to do it for $350 instead , and he didn't object to it. He replaced my screen said my charge was $375 when asked him about my initial request he got irritated with me. I Paid him $375 then when I got home, I realized he installed very very old screen that is completely worn-out for $375 I was expecting a better quality screen. I have to order a new screen protector hoping to hide the defects. Despite all my best effort I can still see the ugly marks on the screen .I'm very disappointed with the poor customer service and below average screen. I should have inspected the job before paying him and taking my computer home. This transaction happens November 2nd 2021 around 6pm.

My daughter's MacBook stopped working all of a sudden. We contacted Apple support over the chat but that didn't help. I then got to know about Cole through a common friend - so I reached out to him for help. He asked me to bring it over to this service center. He was busy, yet he went out of the way to accommodate me on a Saturday and fixed my computer quickly without charging me anything for the repair. It was a small issue, but I am really touched by his kind gesture. Thank you very much, Cole!!
