I had a great experience with Rich Ford! I lost oil pressure in my RV on the way home from a hunting trip and was towed to Rich Ford on a Saturday. The communication was great Maria in the service department kept in touch a couple times a week with a text or phone call until my service was complete. The tech did a great job with a complete engine swap. It ran great the 800 mile drive home. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs on there Ford.

Bought my first car here and had the absolute best experience with Warren our car salesmen. The whole process from start to end felt so easy and relaxing. He made us feel absolutely comfortable and not pressured at all while also checking up on us after we took the car home the next day. Instead of just leaving us sitting bored and waiting he would come and sit and chat with us which we really appreciated. We will definitely come back for future business with Warren.
